Who's stronger Gray or Natsu?

Hey guy it's Lucy-Chan here because it's that time of the day were we ask ourselves "WHO'S STRONGER!!!!" and today I am going to decide who's stronger...........(drum roll) 

GRAY FULLBUSTER OR NATSU DRAGNEEL FROM FAIRY TAIL!!!

Ok so personally these two are really difficult because they are both really powerful wizards who are just so equal in every way so I am just gonna do things the easy way and make two lists. The first list will be about Gray and his strengths and the second list will be about Natsu and his strengths. I will then compare the two lists and decide overall who the stronger one is. LET'S DO THIS!!!

GRAY

Natsu

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!! This is so hard I think that they are both very strong wizards but they are just so equal!!! But I need to make a decision so the one who is stronger would have to be............ (Another drumroll) 

Gray, because after becoming a demon slayer I would have to say the power he has is unbelievable I'd say that it was way stronger than Natsu's dragon slayer magic. Also it's not just about his strength but also his intelligence towards the fighting because for example when Natsu fights he does not even think of a plan or anything he just pounces and expects to win, whereas when Gray fights he always has a plan of action.

Also for Juvia' s sake it's because of his looks and kindness. So in the words of Juvia.... "GRAY-SAMA IS THE BEST!!!!!"

Kuroko No Basket!!!

SPOILERS!! (...duhh)

THIS IS AN AMAZING ANIME/MANGA BTW!!



(Plot)
The basketball team -Teikō Middle School rose to distinction by demolishing all competition. The regulars of the team were all prodigys and became known as the "Generation of Miracles". After graduating from middle school, these five stars went to different high schools with top basketball teams. However, there was another player that most didn't know about, In the "Generation of Miracles": a phantom sixth man. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school with a powerful, if little-known, team. Now, Kuroko Tetsuya- the sixth member of the "Generation of Miracles", and Kagami Taiga- a naturally talented player who spent most of middle school in the US, aim to bring Seirin to the top of Japan and begin taking on Kuroko's former teammates one by one.

While in Middle School, Kuroko was referred to as the shadow, he was only helpful if his team was good, he was a reflection of them. His lack of presence, was his strongest weapon, which all our him to make skilful passes using misdirection. He had become good friends with a guy called Aomine and eventually he became the light to Kurokos shadow. Unfortunately this was not to last and after Aomine' s prodigy skills came out he got bored of basketball and felt he no longer needed Kuroko. He began to drift away from him, and eventually, when Kuroko offered their fist bump-a mark of friendship- he simply ignored it and walked away.

Kuroko later meets Kagami, who becomes his new light. Kuroko states that he will make him the best in Japan.





This sports anime is seriously amazing! I recommend it to everyone (even if you don't usually like sports!!) . The games are never boring and the characters pasts and personalities always leave you curious, wanting more. The animation is especially cool, I LOVE THE BLUE LINE THING whenever Kuroko makes his awesome pass!! It's also got a really nice art style. The entrance songs are great too!

I've also read the manga and have to say that I loved it just as much as the anime! (Which I didn't expect, I usually prefer the sport animes for the action feel but this manga managed to pull that part off all on its own!)


This is definitely one of my favourites!!!!


It gets a lot of criticism about being to unrealsitic and stuff like that, But I honestly don't think that that was much of a problem. The one thing which did bug me was the whole 'zone' thing, and how (in the manga) there's a zone inside a zone? It just got a little confusing and didn't really make much sense.


So far there's been 2 seasons and a 3rd expected to come out 2015!! (I'm very excited for that!)
There is also rumered to be a new manga series coming out, though I'm not sure when... ;)

Black butler review

(WARNING: SPOILERS, A LOT OF SPOILERS)
Black butler is an amazing anime with both suspense, comedy, demons and mystery.
To summarise a bit, the anime is set in the 1800s and is about a boy called Ciel Phantomhive who was kidnapped by a group of people - who torture children for their own amusement - right after his parents were murdered in a fire that had destroyed their entire mansion. The orphaned boy had then made a deal with a demon called Sebastian, the deal was that in return for his soul, Sebastian had to always protect him and be his butler till the day that Ciel had gotten revenge on the people who had murdered his parents and destroyed his home.

The story begins when Ciel had first made the deal with Sebastian, to seal their deal Ciel had gotten a mark on his right eye and Sebastian had gotten the same mark but on his left hand. Sebastian had then killed all of the people who had tortured Ciel and had taken him back to his home in London. It then starts properly a few years later in the Phantomhive manor were Sebastian is acting as Ciel's butler as agreed and is waking him up. During his new time period, Ciel has now taken over his father's business in making toys and sweets, Ciel is now working as the Queen's guard dog (which means that he is like a private investigator).It then shows Sebastian going around doing all of the chores such as cleaning, cooking, ironing and gardening. On that same day Ciel was going to have a visitor coming to have a meeting about the business. This visitor is an Italian man who is actually a spy who had been sent to try and get ahold of some personal information. When Ciel is having his visitor over he starts to suspect him of being a spy so sends Sebastian to deal with him. Sebastian soon discovored the Italian mans plan to ruin Ciel's family business. Sebastian then used his demon powers to torture and haunt the spy to death.

The rest of the episodes all have a similar plot to the first;
-There's a problem with Ciel's father's business or the Queen sends them cases to solve
- They go and investigate
- Ciel gets captured (It's like he wants Sebastian to save him)
-Sebastian saves him (LIKE A BOSS!)
- The problem is solved
- They then find out something shocking so that it then leads to the next episode
IT IS JUST THE SAME!!!!
But it is still enjoyable and will definitely keep your eyes glued to the screen

There is also a couple more Black butler series such as Black butler 2 and Black butler: Book of circus.
Black butler 2 is the sequel to the first Black butler. It is about a boy called Aloise Trancy who had the same horrible fate as Ciel as a child except he was kidnapped as a baby and his parents weren't murdered, instead Aloise was first brought up as a slave and then later on was then captured again and raped by Earl Trancy who used him horribly. It was then that Aloise had made the exact same deal as Ciel with another demon called Claude Faustus who later ends up killing him. Now I know what you softies out there are thinking, "Oh that poor poor boy", WELL NO NO HE IS NOT POOR OR INNOCENT HE IS A SELFISH ARROGANT LITTLE DIVA CHICKEN!!!!! HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANY OF HIS SERVANTS, IS A LIER, A CHEATER AND A CRY BABY!!!!
I swear to god this boy is really annoying because I mean at first he acts all high and mighty but near the end of the series he completely breaks down and begs to Claude for help because he doesn't want to die but yet ends up dying and taking over Ciel's body, just what on earth is wrong with him. (DRAMA QUEEN) =-O

Here is some info about some of the characters;
Sebastian
To me Sebastian would have to be my favourite character, he's strong, handsome and a demon what more could I ask for. In the manga it is a fact that Sebastian had made himself look like Ciel's father so that Ciel would be more comfortable around him and trust him more. It is also a fact that in the dubbed version of black butler, Sebastian's voice actor was the same dubbed voice actor for Kyoya Ootori from Ouran High School Host Club. He has black hair and red eyes that glow red when he is in BOSS mode, he also wears white gloves as well mostly so he can cover up his contract mark on his hand.

Ciel
The story of Black butler is definitely based on Ciel and his past and how he tries to solve the case of his parents murder. Ciel is 12 years old though in black butler 2 he is 13, he is very short for his age and wears an eye patch over his right eye to hide the contract mark in his eyeball. He is always gloomy because of his past but his fiancé Elizabeth always manages to make him a smile  a little. Also he can be a little jerk at times.

Grell
I love Grell he/she (I DON'T KNOW HIS/HER GENDER, AAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!) is hilarious especially when he/she tries to prove his/her love to Sebastian. Grell is a reaper who likes the colour red, killing people and Bassy (A name that he/she calls Sebastian to flirt with him). Grell would have to be one of the stupidest characters of the anime because of his/her failed attempts at love towards Sebastian (kinda reminds me of Juvia from Fairy tail). Grell works as a reaper and used to work alongside William.T.Spears.

The anime Black butler was so popular that Japan had actually made it into a live-action movie. I haven't seen the movie yet but from the looks of the trail it looks AWSOME!!!!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

Well that's all I've got to say towards the anime Black butler and I hope that you Otakus out there try it and enjoy it as much as I did because seriously this is one of the most popular animes out there so please give it a try or else Sebastian will probably hunt you down and possible kill you. ;-)

(P.S. This anime was originally supposed to be a yaoi but the company had changed it half way, just to say)

Toshokan Sensou Review

Hello! Nee-Chan here! I know I haven't posted a lot but that's gonna change now! Right so I'm gonna do a review on Toshokan Sensou! Or Library Wars! 

It's a manga, and an anime. The anime has a movie sequel though. The description on MyAnimeList is -

"Toshokan Sensou tells the story of Kasahara Iku, the first woman to join the Library Task Force. In the near future in Japan, the Media Enhancement Law has been forced upon the population censoring all books and media. To counter this, the Library Defense Force was created. To protect themselves against the Media Enhancement Law Commission, all major libraries are fully equipped with a military Task Force, who take it upon themselves to protect the books and freedom of media of the people. This anime follows Iku and her fellow soldiers as they protect various special books and artifacts from the oppression of the Media Enhancement Law Commission. A love story, war story, and comedy all rolled into one." It says love story and it is! However that isn't completely the main focus! There is a lot of action in this story and a lot of fighting! 

The plot is hilariously funny, especially when it comes to Atsushi Dojo, Iku Kasahara's commanding officer. There is a lot of tension between these characters, however not so much that it becomes frustrating. You see more of this in the manga however. 

Kasahara and Dojo are constantly being compared to one another by other characters in the story and they both usually end up cracking and yelling similar things at the same time. The character on the top right of the picture above is the main culprit of this. He is called Mikihisa Komaki. 

All in all this manga and anime is definatly on my top three favourites! I could easily watch and read it over and over and over again. So if you have some spare time, check it out! Thanks! 😊

Free! Iwatobi Swim Club and Eternal Summer : Review

Warning!! This review will contain spoilers as there will be a synopsis before the proper review so you hve been warned!!

Must know info

Free! Is about main characters Haruka Nanase (mostly known as Haru) Rin Matsuoka, Nagisa Hazuki, Rei Ryūgazaki   and Makoto Tachibana. The first season of free has the official title of Free! Iwatobi Swim Club, and the second season with Free! Eternal Summer. There is also a manga for free called 'high speed'

Free! Iwatobi Swim Club

 To start with free! Begins showing a younger Rin, Makoto, Haru and Nagisa meeting and swimming together for the first time, this is before the graduate from elementary school. Then it is shown te four of them participating in a relay (team race) and winning, then them parting ways and going to different schools.Rin going abroad to Austrailia, Makoto and Haru moving up a school year to anoter school and Nagisa staying where he is as he is younger. Years later Haru and Makoto Reunite with Nagisa when Nagisa enrolls into high school a year after Haru and Makoto. Later The three hear about their old swim club is being torn down so they decide to return to try and dig up the trophy they buried there when they won the relay in middle school. Whilst there they find Rin (who is thought to be in Australia) who challenges Haru to a Race. Upon finding the pool there empty they decide later to race at another time. The next day Rin's Sister Gou (pronounced Kou) shows up and says that Rin attends Samezuka Academy (a school that specialises in swimming) so the three decide to take a visit late at night (sneaking in) where there is a pool and they all decide to swim in the pool. Rin then shows up and challenges Haru to a race to which he wins. After wards Nagisa suggests that the create a swim club at there school and clean up the old run-down outdoor pool and work together to help make the club a success. Rin's win over Haru means nothing to him as he realises that Haru as he realises that Haru stopped swimming competitively and wasn't at full strength. He says that he cannot get over that fact until Haru races for real against him. Soon after the team so far recruit another member Rei Ryūgazaki who was first reluctent to join but after learnin that he cannot swim he decides to join the swim team and has a new goal which is to learn to swim. It is later found out that Rei can only swim butterfly. Towards the end of the season the Iwatobi swim team enter a race against Samezuka with Rin and his team mates. During the first season they encounter some old friends and some new ones (mostly at samezuka  with Rin) including the fours old coach goro sasabe (mostly called coach sasabe in the anime), Nitori (goes to and shares a room with rin at samezuka), Seijuro Mikoshiba (samezuka swim team captain)

Free! Eternal Summer

Eternal summer is about the main 5 protagonists in the first season of free!. It is now Rin, Haru and Makoto's last year of high school and they wish to go out with a bang but struggle with choosing what they want to do woth their futures this season is mainly about Haru choosing as Makoto chooses quickly and Rin decided long ago that he wanted to be a proffessional swimmer. throughout the season the four iwatobi members are trying to recruit more people for the swim club to keep the club going after they leave high school.

The funniest abridged parody of free! That i've seen so far is called 50% off and has only 11 episodes and sone bonuses but makes up for that with their hilarious comedy. As of yet i have not seen any funnier parodies.

Death Note Halloween

So basically for halloween we decided to cosplay as death note characters L (Lucy-Chan), Light (Lu-Chan), Ryuk (Sophie-Senpai), Misa (Ni-San) and Near (Ami-Chan) we also made a youtube caramelldansen video check it out!!!

Review : Death Note

Warning!!!! Spoilers will be featured in this review!!!    

Death note is about student Light Yagami who one day notices a
death note falling from the sky and then pick's it up and takes it
home. Light then tests to see if the book works by writing the name of a criminal who's name was featured on the news and currently taking hostages inside a nursery. 40 seconds after the name was written the criminal dies of a heart attack and light makes a revelation in saying that he must cleanse the world of evil and continues killing criminals and acquiring the nickname of the anonymous 'kirararara' from the english word killer. The great detective L then takes notice of the killings and begins an investigation to find the identification of 'kira'. Meanwhile Light gains the shinigami ryuk who owns the death note that light has. L later shows a news broadcast stating that this broadcast will be aired all over the world with Lind.L Tailor stating that he is the great detective L and saying that kira is evil, light then kills lind .L Tailor and believes that he has killed L. Soon after lind.l tailor dies of a heart attack the real l proclaims that he knows that kirarara lives in the conto region of japan and then says that Kira is evil and a childish killer who hates to lose. To which light and L both say at the same time 'i am justice'.

L then begins his detective work with a small group of the Japanese police force with the members being Suichi Aizawa, Touta Matsuda, Kanzo Mogi, Hideki Ide, Hirokazu Ukuta , Watari (who works with L to begin with), Soichiro Yagami (light's father), and later on Light Yagami. After light joins the task force a second kira  also commonly know model and actress Misa Amane  and her shinigami rem appears and finds light and proclaims that she should become light's girlfriend to which light eventually agrees but says that misa should not be around him outside of his house.  Misa is soon arrested after making a few mistakes and light being a bigger suspect as he is currently going out with misa. To save themselves from execution they both relinquish ownership of their death notes and are detained for several days by L under constant surveillance. Whilst they are detained a third kira appears when L now has no proof that light and misasa are kirarara as the killings keep going on they are released into house arrest by L in his headquarters. Soon after the task force identify the third kira as the yotsuba groups Kyosuke Higuchi and arrest him. Light then touches the notebook and regains his memory and kills higuchi stating that this happened exactly as planned. The task force have now confirmed the existance if shinigami upon seeing rem. light then convinces rem to kill L and watari Therefore killing rem herself as she is violating shinigami law. After L's death light becomes the second L and continues pretending to search for kira whilst doing the killing between himself and misa.
The story then continues four years later when two of L's successors (Near, a detective who is a member of the united states government and of the SPK (the special provision for kira) and Mello, a member of the mafia) show up and both begin trying to gain the notebook.
Mello's first attempt of gaining the notebook is kidnapping the director of japans national police agency, but this plan is quickly changed as light makes the director commit suicide. In a second attempt at getting the notebook mello kidnaps light's sister Sayu Yagami, she is rescued but the notebook is lost to mello and his gang. To regain it light's father Soichiro trades half his life span to ryuk for the shinigami eyes and the ability to see peoples names and life span whilst looking at their faces. During an assult on mello's group Soichiro learns mello's real name but dies not kill him, he is shot several times and dies shortly afterwards in hospital.
After this near and some of the SPK begin to suspect light of being kira whilst light persuades misa to give up ownership of her death note and raises another kira known as Teru Mikami a prosecutor and supporter of kira. Mikami kills kira's former spokes person for being greedy and recruits Kiyomi Takada a newscaster and light's former girlfriend. Light reveals himself as kira to takada, knowing that he and the other kira's are under surveillence constucts a plan to conceal tge whereabouts of the real death note. Mello kidnaps takada who kills him with torn pages of the death note, light then proceeds to kill takada by making her commit suicide, but unbeknownst to lught mikami attempted the same thing but a minute later which exposes the location of the real death note, revealing light's last plan at the last minute. At the end of the story the two teams meet up at the 'yellow box warehouse' and are later joined by mikami who writes down the real names of everyone in the warehouse except light . Near then reveals that he replaced the notebook with a fake, and exposes light as kira. In desperation light attempts to kill near with the torn peice of the notebook but is quickly shot in the hand by task force member matsuda. Ryuk realises light has lost and uses his own death note to kill light with a heart attack. After that happens misa is shown heading to a tower to commit suicide. In the manga it shows near continuing L's work and eating chocolate in a homage to mello. A bonus chapter in the manga shows three years after light was killed by shinigami ryuk, another person attampting to be kira and killing old people. Near makes a news broadcast saying that 'he is not going to be involved in this case in anyway' and 'i have no interest in this case' to top it off near says 'you are just an abominable murderer'  to which the person killing freezing up and in a panic writes their own name in the death note.
Death note also made two specials, two live actions and a movie. The first and second special were basically made for people who have not seen the series and contains some scenes that are NOT in the episodes so i recommend watching both. They basically show what happens the same as the series and have the same storyline. The live action death note has the same actors as the movie and have voice overs from the english dub actors which i personally think is pretty good and have a slightly different story in some areas but end in the same way. The movie is a live action film and is called L change the world where a virus that is killing people in thailand spreads and L has written his own name in the death note and given himself 23 days to live, and later burns both the death notes. Only one person is known to have lived through this disease and that is near so he is put under L's care after Watari and F is killed. L also takes another child under his wing who is the daughter of the doctor who created the antidote to the virus. The girl is under an assassination attempt of the group who created the virus and she, near and L escape to recreate the antidote for the virus. L then gives the antidote to everyone who has the virus and ends with L leaving near and giving near his 'real name'. After the end credits L is seen back in his room eating chocolate and then leaves momentarily which could possibly be leading to the events leading to the event of his death in death note the last name. The film ends with the words on a black screen saying 'L Lawliet, Rest In Peace'. I would advise people to watch this film.
Personally i LOVE death note and pretty much everyone who has seen death note does to.
Death note is definitely on of the best anime of all time and has the best storyline ever! Many people agree to this. Some people say that death note is a PG-16 (i saw this somewhere) And i kinda agree with them but i kinda don't. Whilst there is murder and blood featured in death. Note i wouldn't say that it was to gruesome, but i'm not squeamish so i'm not sure. Death note always has perfect deaths storylines and endings for me! The ending and the death of light is definitely something i would say is 'a death worthy of kira'.

Angel beats REVIEW

Recap:

Angel Beats takes place at an after-life high school for those who have died, where students learn to give up any lingering attachments they still have from life before passing on. Those in the afterlife school can still feel pain as they did when they were alive, as well as dying again, only to awaken later with no injuries. The story follows Otonashi, a boy who lost all his memories of his life after dying. He meets Yuri, a girl who invites him to join the Afterlife Battlefront (SSS), an organization she founded and leads which fights against God for the cruel fates the SSS members experienced in life. In the SSS, there is a four-girl band named Girls Dead Monster that acts as a diversion during missions, and an organization called the Guild that mass-produces weapons out of dirt and supplies them to the SSS. Their only enemy is Angel, a girl who has supernatural powers and fights against the SSS. Angel creates her powers with the aid of a computer program called Angel Player. The rest of the afterlife school is populated by a large number of "normal" students and teachers that are not human, but look and act the part.

The first of the characters to fulfill her dream and pass on is Iwasawa, the leader of Girls Dead Monster. Angel, whose real name is Kanade Tachibana, loses her position as student council president and the vice president Naoi succeeds her. Naoi uses powers of hypnosis to control the 'normal' students to fight for his own interests against the SSS, but Otonashi stops him after acknowledging Naoi's existence and he subsequently joins the SSS.

 Otonashi regains his memories with the aid of Naoi's hypnosis and agrees to continue with the SSS. Otonashi befriends Kanade (Angel) and invites her to join in on SSS activities. 

After Otonashi fully remembers the details of his life and death, he starts cooperating with Kanade to help the other SSS members move on, and Kanade is reinstated as student council president in accordance with their plan. 

Yui, the girl who replaced Iwasawa in Dead Girl Monster, passes on when Hinata confesses his love for her. She's the second to pass on.

Mysterious shadow monsters begin attacking the SSS. Otonashi reasons with the other SSS members and many of them agree to pass on in lieu of becoming 'normal students' including the rest of Girls Dead Monster, Chaa of the Guild, and several unnamed members. 

Yuri destroys the computers responsible for the shadow monster program, which was programmed to activate when love was detected in the world, to prevent it from becoming a true paradise.

Those who are left—Otonashi, Yuri, Kanade, Hinata and Naoi—hold a graduation ceremony where they thank each other for their support. After Naoi, Yuri and Hinata pass on, Otonashi learns that Kanade's regret was not being able to thank him for the heart she received from Otonashi after his death.

Otonashi is heartbroken after she thanks him and passes on, as he had fallen in love with her. 

In the epilogue, two people resembling Otonashi and Kanade meet each other on the street in the real world. 

Thoughts and feelings:

The first episode was slightly confusing but afterwards the series made sense and was fantastic.

Emotional but action packed at the same time, it always kept me entertained.

I cried a lot, espically at the last episode when Kanade passes on.

It's the saddest part of the whole series!

Just thinking about it makes me cry!

So after this very emotional scene ^^^ it shows them in the real world as different people.

Kanade starts singing a song which catches Otonashi's attention.

He runs after her and just before he touchs her shoulder, the whole series ends there and then.

All I can say is; 

WHY DO YOU TORTURE ME!?

I'm not good with cliff hangers.

I also think that Otonashi and Kanade were a cute couple... I guess thats why I got so upset.

Episode 10 is about when Yui passes on which is another heart-tugging episode.

Yui was completely paralized when she was alive and wanted to do so many things but couldn't as she was disabled.

So Otonshi, on his mission to pass everyone on, does all the things she ever wanted to do.

But there's one thing he can not do for her in the end: love and marriage.

Hinata confesses his love for her which is ironic, because Yui and Hinata fight with eachother all the time.

They talk about what their life would of been like if they had met in the real world. Then Yui disappears and passes on.

I cried a lot at that episode as well.

Conclusion:

Angel Beats is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who likes animes that are a bit different.

Review: Sword Art Online

So this is my first review! :)

Kirito, Chibi Style!!!

THERE WILL BE SPOILERS IN THIS!!


I'm going to do this review on an anime I recently finished called Sword Art Online!! (Or SAO)

Basically, this is an anime about people trapped in a high tech game, the only way out is to complete all one hundred floors, but if you die in game, you die out game too.


DUH DUH DUUUUUUUH





The series revolves around the main characters, Kirito and Asuna. Together they fight to try and clear the game, along with a few friends who come and go as the anime progresses.

Asuna: Left
Kirito: Right

 Personally, I preferred it before Kirito and Asuna became a couple, though I feel it was an important feature to the anime, especially the second half. (After the completion of the game, Kirito finds out Asuna didn't wake up and is trapped in yet another game, the second half is about Kirito trying to save Asuna from the new game, Alfhiem online (ALO).


A lot of people say they found the ending of the first half sad, but don't let that put you off, personally I thought that it was pretty happy, cause they beat the game!!!
I guess some parts of it where sad...

ANYWAY; this is an amazing, fast moving anime. Honestly, I think most people would love it! It's got a little bit of romance, a lot a
bit of action, it's about a game which is like-WOAH!!!! And it's even got a bit of Comedy twisted into it!!!!

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND WATCHING THIS!!

9/10!!!!
